We have potatoes! Our garden is thriving, and some of the potatoes have started pushing up through the ground. Hopefully that means that there are plenty more underneath. We decided to go ahead and pick the ones that were sticking out of the ground. We cooked them, and they were so good! I never knew potatoes could taste so fresh, but they really did taste different than the ones you buy in the store. I'm excited to harvest the rest when it's time.

Purple and Gold Potatoes!
